Developed exclusively for extremely low-temperature environments, this core power equipment is widely used for grid renovation in high-latitude regions, PV and wind power projects in cold areas, power supply for border outposts and outdoor industrial applications in northern regions. It operates steadily within a wide temperature range of -60℃ to +45℃, delivering reliable power guarantee under frigid conditions.
Outstanding cold resistance is its core strength, realized via a full set of low-temperature adaptive technologies. The windings adopt low-temperature resistant silicone rubber insulation combined with epoxy resin vacuum casting process to prevent embrittlement of insulation layers in extreme cold. The iron core is made of high-permeability silicon steel sheets. The optimized lamination process relieves magnetostriction stress and avoids structural damage caused by drastic temperature difference between day and night. The enclosure is constructed with double-layer composite galvanized steel plates, and equipped with an intelligent temperature control and thermal insulation system. It automatically switches between heat dissipation and heat preservation modes to eliminate adverse impacts from snow accumulation and condensation.
The three-phase design ensures balanced and stable output voltage, perfectly catering to various load demands in cold regions. It also inherits the merits of dry-type transformers featuring zero leakage and high safety.
