Distribution Supporting Project of Binjiang Intelligent Manufacturing Park, Changshu, Jiangsu

Location: Binjiang Industrial Park, Changshu City, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province (Yangtze River Delta Advanced Intelligent Manufacturing Base)

Project Background: The park gathers precision machinery, hardware die-casting and automated manufacturing enterprises. Frequent equipment start-stop brings severe impulse load, which puts forward strict requirements on transformer overload resistance, heat dissipation and operational stability. The original power distribution equipment failed to meet the long-term continuous production power demand due to insufficient heat dissipation and low overload capacity.

Supplied Equipment: 46 sets of S11-M energy-saving oil-immersed transformers, capacity ranging from 315kVA to 2000kVA

Solutions: Customized thickened heat dissipation oil pipes and high-temperature resistant insulating oil are adopted to support 1.3 times short-term overload operation. The upgraded winding insulation effectively improves impulse resistance and operational safety. All products passed full factory tests on loss, temperature rise and withstand voltage. We coordinated with the general contractor to complete phased delivery, on-site commissioning and power transmission acceptance.

Project Achievements: The equipment has been operating stably for 3 years without oil leakage, overheating or tripping faults, fully meeting the high-intensity continuous power demand of industrial production. We obtained the continuous order for 32 sets of transformers in the park’s Phase II expansion project and established a long-term strategic cooperative relationship.
