Coal Mine Supporting Power Distribution Project in Shenmu City, Yulin, Shaanxi

Location: Sunjiacha Town, Shenmu City, Yulin, Shaanxi Province (North Shaanxi Coal Industrial Park)

Project Background: The mining area is characterized by heavy dust, large temperature difference between day and night, and frequent impact load caused by the start-stop of underground mining and crushing equipment. Conventional power distribution equipment is prone to overheating, insulation aging and oil leakage, which cannot adapt to the harsh working conditions of mining areas.

Supplied Equipment: 38 sets of S13-M oil-immersed transformers, capacity ranging from 500kVA to 2500kVA

Solutions: Equipped with fully enclosed dust-proof oil tank and high-temperature resistant insulating materials, with reinforced insulation protection for high and low voltage windings. All products passed special tests on withstand voltage and load loss before delivery, adapting to frequent impact load operation of mining equipment and improving equipment durability and safety in harsh environments.

Project Achievements: The equipment has been operating safely and stably for 4 years without leakage or overheating faults. It fully meets the continuous power demand of mining, crushing and ore processing production lines. The mining group has maintained fixed procurement cooperation with us for new concentrator and supporting power distribution projects.
