Project Background: Metro depots and maintenance workshops feature concentrated loads and frequent equipment start-stop. The enclosed indoor space leads to poor heat dissipation and high ambient temperature in summer. The project requires transformers with excellent high-temperature resistance, overload resistance and aging resistance. Oil-immersed equipment is prohibited in the enclosed site.
Supplied Equipment: 30 sets of SCB12 enhanced high-temperature resistant dry-type transformers with a capacity ranging from 630kVA to 2000kVA
Solutions: Adopting upgraded high-temperature resistant insulating materials and enlarged heat dissipation air ducts, the enhanced fan heat dissipation system enables long-term stable operation in high-temperature enclosed environments. The equipment features strong short-circuit resistance and low partial discharge, adapting to the high-frequency impact load working conditions of rail transit and meeting high-standard power supply specifications for subway projects.
Project Achievements: The equipment operates zero-fault under long-term high-load and high-temperature conditions, ensuring stable power supply for subway maintenance, operation and signal systems. It has passed special rail transit acceptance, and our company continues to participate in subsequent subway supporting renovation projects in Wuhan.
